- Everland released an AI-created short animation inspired by Ppuppa Town, surpassing 800,000 views within five days
- Alongside digital content, Everland introduces the Lost Valley Walking Safari, offering closer on-site animal encounters

Samsung C&T Resort Group’s Everland is presenting new animal-themed content both online and inside the park.
Ppuppa Town, originally introduced as a “zoo within a forest,” is home to a variety of animals inside Everland’s Zootopia. The outdoor zone allows visitors to observe and meet animals in a natural, open setting.
Recently, the setting has been featured in a new format.
Ppuppa Town Reimagined Through Animation
On February 17, Everland released the eight-minute short film “Different, together” on its animal YouTube channel, Talking Zoo Ppuppa TV. The animation surpassed 800,000 views within five days of release.
The story follows Chico, a curious alpaca, on a journey to Ppuppa Town — a place where animals with different personalities live together. The characters are inspired by real residents of the zone, including alpacas, capybaras, sloths, parrots, and turtles.
Generative AI technology was incorporated throughout the production process, from character concept development and background design to scene composition. The characters reflect the animals’ expressions and behavioral traits, while warm color tones and an original soundtrack shape the overall atmosphere.
Expanding the Ppuppa Town Universe
Encouraged by the positive reception, Everland plans to expand the Ppuppa Town storyline through additional content, including stop-motion videos and an animated sequel to be released at a later date.
Character merchandise inspired by the animation will also launch sequentially beginning in March. Planned items include alpaca headbands and a capybara keyholders, among others.
Through these releases, Everland aims to strengthen the connection between digital storytelling and on-site theme park experiences, creating content synergy that extends beyond the screen.
On-Site Experiences Continue with Walking Safari
Beginning February 26, Everland will operate the Lost Valley Walking Safari for a limited one-month period. Unlike the traditional vehicle-based safari tour, this special program allows visitors to explore the ecological safari zone on foot.
Guests can walk approximately one kilometer through Lost Valley and observe around 10 species of herbivores, including giraffes, rhinoceroses, elephants, and zebras. By opening portions of the animals’ living environment to pedestrian access, the experience allows closer observation of natural behaviors such as feeding and movement.
Professional zookeepers provide explanations along the route, introducing ecological characteristics, behavioral patterns, and the importance of endangered species conservation.
A Seasonal Experience at Everland
The Walking Safari will operate through March 31 and is available free of charge via on-site queue registration. From February 26 to March 2, participants will receive a limited-edition exploration completion badge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meanwhile, Safari World, Everland’s carnivore safari that has operated for 50 years, entered a renewal phase on February 19 and is scheduled to reopen in early April following facility upgrades focused on animal welfare.
Visitors can check the Everland website or mobile app for detailed program information and seasonal updates.
