Everland, operated by Samsung C&T Resort Group, is opening its annual X-mas Fantasy festival from November 28 to December 31, giving visitors the chance to enjoy the holiday season a month early. Filled with parades, character meet-ups, photo spots, and immersive nighttime shows, the festival transforms the park into a lively winter destination for families, friends, and couples.

Guests can enjoy Everland’s full lineup of Christmas content throughout the park—from Santa and Rudolph appearances to festive performances and a nightly fireworks show created in collaboration with Netflix’s K-Pop Demon Hunters. With colorful decorations and themed experiences across major zones, Everland offers a warm, joyful atmosphere for the year-end season.

The festival also includes new Christmas interpretations of The Wizard of Oz, snow activities beginning mid-December, and warm seasonal food options, ensuring a memorable winter outing for visitors of all ages.

Celebrate with Santa and Rudolph

One of the festival’s highlights is the Bling Bling X-mas Parade, a 30-minute holiday procession featuring Christmas-themed floats designed as trees, sleighs, and cakes. As artificial snow and bubbles drift across the parade route, performers dressed as Santa, Rudolph, and holiday characters fill the atmosphere with festive music and lively choreography.

On the Grand Stage, Everland presents Very Merry Santa Village, performed twice daily. Lenny and Friends join Santa, Rudolph, and a team of cheerful elves to tell a heartwarming holiday story filled with songs, dancing, and classic Christmas charm.

Visitors can also enjoy dedicated meet-and-greet sessions through X-mas Photo Time, held in the Four Seasons Garden. Santa, elves, and holiday characters greet guests for seasonal photos in front of Christmas-themed decorations.

As night falls, Everland lights up with the K-Pop Demon Hunters Sing-Along Fireworks Show. Developed in collaboration with Netflix, the show features thousands of fireworks synchronized to popular songs such as Golden and Soda Pop. Large LED screens, projections, and music combine for a dynamic nighttime finale that invites guests to sing along under the glowing winter sky.

Wizard of Oz Turns Into a Christmas Wonderland

Everland’s Four Seasons Garden has been transformed into a festive Emerald City, inspired by the classic story The Wizard of Oz. Dorothy, the Tin Woodman, and the Scarecrow appear throughout the space alongside snowmen, Christmas trees, and gift-box decorations, creating vibrant photo zones for the season.

Themed areas like the Scarecrow Brick Playground and Tin Woodman’s Wish Garden have also been updated with new Christmas elements. Interactive experiences including Wizard of Oz X-mas Hidden Missions and AI photo booths add playful activities for visitors exploring the winter storyline.

Twice per day, guests can take photos with Wizard of Oz characters dressed in special Christmas costumes during the Oz X-mas Photo Time, offering another chance to enjoy the festive setting.

Nearby, Alpine Village has been reimagined into Snow Oz Park, a winter kingdom where the Wicked Witch of the East’s curse has been lifted. The area features snowy decorations and a large tower shaped like a gift box, where visitors can record a 360-degree video using a rotating camera setup for a unique holiday keepsake.

Snow Adventures and Warm Winter Treats Arrive in Mid-December

Beginning in mid-December, the park will expand its winter offerings with the launch of snow activities suitable for all ages. The popular Snow Buster returns with multiple sledding courses, including the Racing Course and Express Course, each offering different levels of speed and excitement.

Additional snow zones such as the Snow Yard, Snow Track, and Snow Playground will open across the park, giving families and children plenty of opportunities to enjoy winter fun.

Visitors looking to warm up can explore Hot Food Street, which features classic Korean winter snacks like hotteok (a warm, sweet Korean pancake filled with brown sugar), bungeoppang (a fish-shaped pastry filled with sweet red bean), and roasted sweet potatoes. Heartier options such as fish cake skewers and spicy beef-based noodles offer quick, comforting meals during a day of outdoor activities.

From December 5, Everland will also open the indoor butterfly experience Dreaming Garden of Butterflies, where species such as swallowtails and tiger butterflies fly freely inside a warm greenhouse, bringing a hint of spring to the winter season.
