This spring, Everland is adding more flavor to the theme park experience with a renewed focus on dining. Operated by Samsung C&T Resort Group, Everland is introducing three upgraded signature menus that highlight some of the park’s most popular restaurant dishes, offering visitors even more ways to enjoy a full spring outing.

Across the park, visitors can find a wide range of themed restaurants serving Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Western, fusion, snack, and other menu options. Among these offerings, Everland has selected three restaurant favorites as its signature menus for the season: kimchi stew with grilled mackerel, spicy seafood noodle soup, and handmade roast pork cutlet.

Together with these signature dishes, Everland is offering more than 400 menu options this spring, including new seasonal items across Korean, Chinese, Western, snack, and other dining categories.

A Hearty Korean Favorite at Hangaram

For frequent Everland visitors, the kimchi stew with grilled mackerel at Hangaram, Everland’s Korean restaurant, has become a well-known favorite.

The kimchi stew is simmered with crisp kimchi and thick pieces of pork, creating a deep, rich flavor that makes it a satisfying meal after walking around the park. It is served together with grilled mackerel, which is cooked on the grill until crisp on the outside and moist inside. The pairing has become a popular combination for both adults and children, with some guests noting on social media and online communities that it feels like a proper, satisfying meal rather than typical theme park food.

Ahead of the spring season, Hangaram completed a three-month renewal, refreshing the restaurant’s interior and exterior as well as details such as tableware and cutlery. Alongside its representative kimchi stew with grilled mackerel, the restaurant has also added new menu options including aged kimchi octopus bibimbap, bulgogi sprout bibimbap, and handmade grilled beef patties known as tteokgalbi, offering visitors a wider selection of Korean dishes.

A Warm Bowl of Spicy Seafood Noodles at China Moon

At China Moon, Everland’s Chinese restaurant, spicy seafood noodle soup, known as jjambbong, continues to stand out as one of the park’s representative dishes.

China Moon’s jjambbong features a rich pork-based broth combined with seafood, vegetables, and a smoky wok flavor. For visitors enjoying outdoor attractions and spring scenery, the warm and refreshing bowl has become a popular choice, especially after spending time around the park. Some guests have shared that enjoying the spicy seafood noodles while looking out at Everland’s bright spring gardens made the dining experience feel even more special.

With its deep broth, seafood ingredients, and fire-kissed flavor, the dish adds a satisfying dining option for guests looking for something hearty during their visit.

Handmade Roast Pork Cutlet at Town’s Market Restaurant

Near the entrance of Aesop’s Village, Town’s Market serves handmade roast pork cutlet as its signature menu.

Everland chefs prepare the dish with close attention to each step, from the fresh breadcrumb coating to the ideal frying temperature, resting time, and accompanying sauce. Through this careful preparation, the handmade roast pork cutlet brings out a soft interior and crisp outer texture.

The dish has also drawn positive responses from visitors, with some noting its crisp texture and thick cut of meat and comparing it to pork cutlets served at specialty Japanese restaurants. Developed to highlight the classic appeal of pork cutlet, the menu offers a satisfying meal option for visitors exploring the park with family or friends.
