But with our growing business opportunities, we\u2019ve expanded to fourteen.” This growth journey has inspired a culture of camaraderie\u2014exemplified by team activities like their annual Yutnori tournament, a traditional board game played during Korea\u2019s mid-autumn harvest festival (Chuseok). This celebration brings everyone together, helping them stay connected and motivated as a team.<\/p>

Park\u2019s leadership approach has some unique touches, such as playing the song \u201cGo Aussie Go\u201d after successful deals and carefully curating a welcoming office atmosphere.
