Hosted at the World Rose Garden in Gifu Prefecture and certified by the World Federation of Rose Societies (WFRS), the event brings together breeders from around the globe, including leading names from the UK, France, and Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Rose That Lives Up to Its Name<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pink Pastry stands out for its unique structure and scent. With over 100 carefully arranged petals and a sweet, cooling aroma, it evokes the softness and delicacy of a pastry\u2014hence the name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was developed over five years, starting in 2014, as part of Everland\u2019s long-term rose breeding efforts. At the Gifu competition, judges evaluated around 50 global entries over a two-year period, scoring them on fragrance, disease resistance, blooming ability, and overall plant strength. Since 2021, the park has received nine international awards across four unique roses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list basic-list\">\n<li><strong>Garden Everscape<\/strong> (2021): Silver Medal and Special Award<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perfume Everscape<\/strong> (2022): Gold Medal and three Special Awards (including recognition for fragrance and continuous blooming)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carnival Everscape<\/strong> (2024): Bronze Medal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pink Pastry<\/strong> (2025): Bronze Medal and Rose Hill Award (for best fragrance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Among these, Perfume Everscape has also been scientifically recognized for its antioxidant and anti-photoaging effects, published in an international academic journal.
