The award was presented on August 19 at the 2025 Riau Investment Forum held at Dang Merdu Tower in Pekanbaru, with Riau Governor H. Abdul Wahid in attendance alongside government leaders, diplomats, palm plantation experts, palm oil companies, and academics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its establishment in 2008, PT Inecda has placed the surrounding community at the heart of its operations. The recognition reflects years of initiatives supporting local enterprises, underscoring the company\u2019s belief that sustainable growth comes from working hand in hand with society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empowering Communities Through Action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Inecda collaborates with 23 organizations and 35 businesses across five sub-districts and 15 villages in Indragiri Hulu, offering mentorship and resources to strengthen local capacity. Its programs span a wide spectrum of activities, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list basic-list\">\n<li>Providing livestock and agricultural equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the production and sale of traditional snacks and beverages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backing corn cultivation and livestock waste management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encouraging jewelry making and preserving culture through traditional batik garment production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These projects are designed to give communities tools for self-reliance, creating opportunities for small enterprises to grow and thrive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the award, PT Inecda Director Hendri T. noted, \u201cCommunity empowerment has become a core program of PT Inecda.
