The quality of its living environment, the services available to residents and the experiences of everyday life all influence how people feel about where they live. In 2026, Samsung C&amp;T Engineering &amp; Construction (E&amp;C) Group\u2019s Raemian ranked No. 1 in the apartment category in both the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) and the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Two Independent Surveys, Two No. 1 Rankings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raemian\u2019s 2026 results came from two separate customer satisfaction surveys. The Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI), conducted by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), evaluates customer satisfaction by industry. The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), developed by the Korea Productivity Center in collaboration with the University of Michigan, is another measure of customer satisfaction across industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the 2026 KCSI, Raemian ranked No. 1 in the apartment category. The brand earned the same ranking in the 2026 NCSI, which covered 314 companies across 80 industries. The result extends Raemian\u2019s record of placing first in the NCSI apartment category every year since the survey began in 1998, marking its 29th consecutive year at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Services Designed for Everyday Life<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raemian has developed services for residents alongside its housing products. In 2005, it introduced Hestia, the apartment industry\u2019s first service brand for residents. Hestia\u2019s programs are organized around four themes: Let\u2019s Play, Let\u2019s Stay, Let\u2019s Learn and Let\u2019s Together. They include lifestyle and enrichment programs, as well as social contribution opportunities, extending resident services beyond basic apartment management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hestia has also evolved with technology. The Hestia 2.0 mobile app for after-sales service uses 3D spatial information and virtual reality functions. AI-based image analysis helps assess maintenance requests and assign them to the relevant service engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samsung C&amp;T\u2019s integrated residential lifestyle platform, Homeniq, combines smart-home technology with residential experiences. Its apartment care service connects residents with professional engineers for repairs and replacements in aging homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Brand Direction Shaped by Changing Expectations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raemian\u2019s recent brand renewal reflects changing expectations of residential life. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.samsungcnt.com\/en\/features\/engineering-construction\/2026-10-raemian-reframes-the-meaning-of-home-with-renewal-in-five-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In August 2026<\/a>, Samsung C&amp;T introduced \u201cFrom Height to Depth\u201d as the brand\u2019s new direction, alongside the slogan \u201cDeepen Your Life, RAEMIAN.\u201d The renewal places greater emphasis on the time, experiences and individual lifestyles that give a home meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new black-and-white visual identity retains Raemian\u2019s signature three vertical lines while simplifying the overall design.
