This summer, Everland teams up with the globally beloved anime One Piece to deliver a bold, immersive water-themed festival. Set across a 20,000㎡ outdoor space, the collaboration features original attractions, character zones, themed food and merchandise, and interactive playgrounds for fans of all ages.

A larger-than-life summer adventure is about to unfold at Everland and Caribbean Bay. Starting June 20, Samsung C&T Resort Group’s Everland is launching its annual water festival—this time in collaboration with the iconic global anime franchise One Piece.
Famous for the legendary journey of Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates, One Piece has long captured the hearts of fans around the world. This summer, Everland invites guests to step into that adventurous world with a never-before-seen themed experience across its sprawling resort.
“We’ve always themed our summer festivals around water,” said an Everland spokesperson. “By merging the exhilarating journey of One Piece with our seasonal programming, we’re offering guests something uniquely exciting and refreshing.”
An Immersive World of One Piece at Everland
In a first for Korea, Everland is transforming a 20,000㎡ section of its park, including Four Seasons Garden and Alpine Village, into an outdoor One Piece adventure zone. Visitors will find themselves immersed in a vibrant world featuring themed zones inspired by popular characters like Luffy, Chopper, Zoro, and Sanji.
From limited-time food menus and character merchandise to interactive activities and Instagrammable set pieces, every corner of the park is designed to transport fans into the heart of the One Piece universe. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or a curious first-time visitor, the immersive experience promises something for everyone.
This year’s festival builds on the creative energy of Everland’s Water Stellar series, a popular summer program that has dazzled guests with illuminated fountains, immersive environments, and interactive water displays in recent years. With One Piece, the park is taking things even further, transforming beloved anime adventures into real-world excitement layered with storytelling, design, and splash-worthy fun.

Dive into the Action: Water Buster and Caribbean Bay Join the Fun
One of the standout features of this summer’s One Piece collaboration is the debut of Water Buster, a pirate-themed playground designed especially for younger guests. Located in the Alpine Village, which operates as a sledding park in winter, Water Buster transforms into a splash-filled zone complete with rail slides, water playgrounds, and themed adventures inspired by the Straw Hat crew. Guests can get an early preview when Water Buster opens on June 6, ahead of the full festival launch.
Just next door, Caribbean Bay joins the celebration with its own One Piece themed zones, vibrant food streets, and high-energy DJ pool parties. With both Everland and Caribbean Bay participating, visitors can explore the world of One Piece through every splash, snack, and beat, creating a truly immersive two-park experience.
Building a World of IP Collaborations
The One Piece summer festival is the latest chapter in Everland’s growing strategy to partner with beloved global intellectual properties. Over the past year, the park has introduced collaborations with a variety of fan-favorite franchises including Sanrio Characters, Moomin, Netflix’s All of Us Are Dead, and Stranger Things.
Beyond external partnerships, Everland is also investing in its own characters. Initiatives like the Bao Family panda baseball campaign and the new Everland Rose Festival mascot Dona D. Rosy, an adorable fennec fox, showcase the park’s commitment to creative storytelling.

The One Piece water festival runs from June 20 to August 24, offering 66 days of high-seas fun and family-friendly adventure.
