This fall, KUHO is giving minimalism more dimension.
Samsung C&T Fashion Group’s womenswear brand KUHO has launched its 2026 fall/winter collection, presenting a practical yet sculptural wardrobe as demand for autumn clothing gathers pace in September. Built around the brand’s signature sense of form, the collection turns clean lines, considered volume and natural layering into a distinctive seasonal language.
Minimalism Takes on New Dimension
KUHO has long led Korea’s womenswear market with an approach often described as architectural minimalism, defined by restrained forms and structural silhouettes. Season after season, the brand has translated the aesthetics of architecture into original designs, earning recognition for elevating the profile of Korean fashion.
Across the fashion market in the second half of 2026, attention is shifting away from prominent logos and patterns toward the inherent character of materials and the impact of silhouette. Practical fashion that can move fluidly through changing weather without quickly dating has also gained momentum. In turn, “dimensional minimalism,” which gives structural depth to simplicity, and “layering,” the art of combining garments in varied ways, have emerged as two defining trends.
KUHO brings these currents together while responding to consumers who value thoughtful, considered purchases. Unnecessary embellishment gives way to line and volume, allowing the collection’s sculptural beauty to take shape through the garments themselves. With fall and winter offering the richest possibilities for combining different materials and weights, the collection is designed to show layering at its most expressive.
Structure and Softness Find Their Balance
The collection pairs coats with sharply defined silhouettes and generously voluminous pants, creating a polished contrast between structure and ease. Practical blouses and jackets designed to layer naturally take a central role, offering KUHO’s own approach to fall and winter styling.
Key outerwear includes a double-breasted long coat that introduces volume to an otherwise restrained design, as well as a hidden-button mac coat distinguished by its architectural silhouette. The lineup is completed by a pintuck blouse with natural dimension, curved knit pants shaped by a bold sweeping line, and a flare skirt versatile enough to move between office and everyday looks.
A Shared Design Language with Francesco Fucci
KUHO’s exploration of architectural form also extends into its ongoing collaboration with global fashion designer Francesco Fucci. Formerly Head Designer at luxury label The Row, Fucci has also worked with leading fashion houses including Calvin Klein Collection, building a reputation for refined minimalism and understated luxury.
Following the positive response to two collaborative releases in 2025, KUHO has expanded the partnership into four seasonal collections throughout 2026. The fall edition brings together Fucci’s precise design philosophy and KUHO’s architectural identity through structural tailoring inspired by Italian architecture.
Wool, cotton, silk and mohair are used to highlight the natural character of each material, allowing the pieces to stand confidently on their own or work together through layered styling. The collection includes oversized jackets, sleeveless dresses, classic shirts and tapered pants, each shaped by clean silhouettes and an absence of unnecessary detail.
The collaboration will continue in November with a winter collection featuring oversized coats, cashmere-blend dresses, tweed sweaters and wool pants, bringing soft textures and fluid sculptural forms into the colder season.
