As the winter season begins, Caribbean Bay is welcoming visitors with Winter Spa Cabi, a warm and comforting experience designed to make the colder months feel inviting. From heated pools to themed spa zones, the entire waterpark has been transformed into a seasonal retreat where guests can unwind, recharge, and enjoy the charm of a winter getaway.

Running from December 5, this year’s program enhances every corner of the park, from the Aquatic Center to the 550-meter indoor–outdoor lazy river, ensuring guests can stay warm while enjoying the signature attractions that Caribbean Bay is known for.

Meet Capybara Bay: A Whimsical Winter Story Come to Life

This winter’s theme tells a playful story: the beloved capybaras living at Everland have traveled to Caribbean Bay in search of a cozy winter vacation. Inspired by this idea, the entire waterpark has been decorated as Capybara Bay, creating a fun and immersive atmosphere for guests of all ages.

At the Outdoor Adventure Spa, a 260-square-meter Japanese Cypress open-air bath sets the stage for a warm winter escape. Capybara sculptures and charming photo spots complete the scene, making it feel as if guests have stumbled into a peaceful hot-spring retreat shared with the gentle capybaras.

One of last year’s most popular additions, the Finnish-style barrel sauna, has also returned with refreshed capybara-themed interiors. This season, Caribbean Bay has expanded the experience by installing three additional barrel saunas in the outdoor Bade Pool area, offering even more ways to warm up and enjoy the winter atmosphere.

At the Navio gift shop, more than 30 new capybara-themed goods are available, including plush dolls, towels, and keyrings featuring capybaras enjoying warm hot-spring moments. These exclusive items are designed to capture the spirit of the season and have quickly become popular souvenirs.

Caribbean Bay has also introduced special winter menus. At Harbor Master Restaurant, a collaboration with renowned fishcake brand Samjin Fish Cake brings a Capybara Fishcake Bar to life. Guests can enjoy warm charcoal-grilled chicken skewers, sake, and other comforting snacks that complement the cozy spa experience.

For those looking for pure relaxation, the 550-meter Lazy River operates across its full indoor and outdoor sections all winter long. Capybara-themed decorations line the route, offering cheerful visuals as guests float through the warm water. Signage along the way guides visitors to Cave Spa, where hot baths, foot baths, and saunas create quiet spaces for rest.

Additional winter elements include a pirate-themed transformation of the Kiddie Pool, relaxing indoor spa areas on the sixth floor of the Aquatic Center, and a capybara photo event at the Diving Pool.

From December 5 to March 2, Caribbean Bay guests can enjoy even more winter fun thanks to the Two-Park Winter Event. Anyone visiting Caribbean Bay can enter Everland for free starting at 3 PM on the same day, making it an ideal way to extend the outing into a full-day adventure.

With Everland’s Christmas performances, seasonal attractions, and themed zones such as The Wizard of Oz currently active, the combined experience offers a perfect winter outing for families, friends, and couples.
