In 1953, Samsung C&T Trading Group opened its first overseas office in Tokyo, marking the first step in the company’s journey toward becoming a major player in world trade. Since then, the group’s global reach has expanded rapidly, thanks to the expertise and capabilities of our global employees. Over the past 65 years, their local knowledge and networks have played a key role in transporting vital materials over vast distances to all corners of the world.
